Your assignment As a temporary substitute, you are flexible. Working hours vary and are arranged based on needs. You work at all units within all preschool areas. You actively participate in the daily work at the department with the children and your colleagues. You have responsibility in the pedagogical work in accordance with the curriculum's target areas. Your qualifications and merits We are looking for someone who is trained as a childcare worker, preferably with previous experience in preschool. You have the ability to plan and organize your work. You find it easy to set goals, organize resources, follow up, and conclude activities. You have the ability to adapt to changed circumstances. You encourage and support change initiatives.
