Personal Assistant - Fagersta

Inova assistans provides personal assistance with the support of highly competent staff and a commitment to developing each individual's right to self-determination. Our ambition is to create contexts and activities that promote community participation and increased understanding between people with different life circumstances. We are now looking for a female assistant who can step in as needed. The work is excellent to combine with studies or another job. For the right person, there is also the possibility that the position can develop into a permanent employment further down the line. Your task is to help a person with functional variation to live as normal a life as possible by being the user's extended arm. The work is varied as it is the user's individual needs that determine the tasks. We are looking for you who: We prefer that you have a driver's license. Previous experience in the profession is of course a plus but not a requirement, as much of this profession is pure personal chemistry. Do you enjoy working closely with a person who needs a little extra support in their daily life with being engaged, taking responsibility and feeling accountability, perhaps this is a job for you? We see that you should both be calm and have some drive, empathetic, attentive but also straightforward. We also see that you are a stable and calm person with a twinkle in your eye.
