We are seeking two experienced site/construction workers
We are seeking two experienced site/construction workers. We are now looking for two experienced site/construction workers who know their trade, take responsibility, and want to work for a company where quality, professional pride, and teamwork are high priorities. We are an established construction company with approximately 40 full-time employees and an annual turnover of around 100 million kronor. Most of our projects are in the Stockholm area, but we also have teams working outside Stockholm. We now want to strengthen our organization with two people who have extensive industry experience and who can contribute expertise from day one. We are seeking real experience We want to be clear about what skills we are looking for in this recruitment. This is a position for you if you have worked long in construction, feel confident in your professional role, and are accustomed to solving situations that arise on a project site. For this position, you must have: At least 5 years of documented experience as a site/construction worker Vocational certification in construction Category B driving license Ability to take responsibility for tasks Good understanding of quality, safety, and production Ability to collaborate and contribute to a good work team We are not just looking for someone who has been around for a long time. We are seeking people who, through their years in the trade, have built up the experience, judgment, and professional skills that make a difference on the work site. You should be able to see what needs to be done, understand the bigger picture, and be proud of the work you leave behind. As a company, we believe it is important to contribute to renewal in our industry. We therefore have a close collaboration with Maskinentreprenörernas gymnasieskola and regularly take on younger talent each year who want to learn the trade and develop within the construction industry. This is an important part of our long-term work. But right now, this is not where we need to grow. In this recruitment, we need to strengthen our organization with two experienced professionals who can enter our projects with the knowledge and confidence that comes from several years of work in the industry. For the right person, there may also be a natural role in sharing their experience with younger colleagues. A company with order and discipline We believe that good people make a good company. Therefore, we set high standards for everyone who works with us. This applies to professional skills, responsibility, safety, conduct, and how we work together. For us, high standards do not mean a harsher workplace. On the contrary, we believe that clear expectations and colleagues who take responsibility create a safer, better, and more professional work environment. We are unionized through Maskinentreprenörerna/SEKO and value order, clear terms, and serious employer practices. We set high standards – also beyond professional skills alone We work with machinery, traffic, heavy tasks, and people around us. Therefore, drugs are completely incompatible with working for us. This applies not just to being under the influence during work hours – we are looking for people who share our view on safety, responsibility, and drug-free living. We have the same clarity regarding alcohol. We do not interfere with what anyone does in their free time, but recurring partying or alcohol consumption that affects sleep, recovery, attendance, judgment, or performance does not work in our operation. We are looking for people who want to perform at a high level over time, come to work with the right prerequisites, and be able to trust that colleagues do the same. For many, these are obvious things. For us, it is an important part of the culture and work environment we want to have. We are building the company for the long term We believe in building a company that stands firm over time. Therefore, we try, step by step, to invest in and own the resources that the operation needs instead of making ourselves dependent on short-term solutions. In Bro, we have our establishment with offices, workshop, and wash facility in a property that we own ourselves. We also rent out space to other companies. We also own our own machinery fleet. For us, this means greater control over the equipment we work with, the ability to maintain and service it properly, and most importantly, the investments we make remain with us and build value in the operation over time. As an additional part of the operation, we also own and operate our own material sorting facility where excavated soil is handled and recycled. These are conscious choices. We do not want to build a company only for the next project or next year. Our ambition is to gradually build a stable operation with our own resources, competent employees, and a strong foundation for many years to come. With approximately 40 full-time employees and around 100 million kronor in annual turnover, we are large enough to have resources and stability, but still a company where people know each other and where a skilled employee is noticed and makes a difference. Stockholm is our main market – but not our only one Most of our projects are in the Stockholm area, and for these positions, the starting point is that you will mainly work there. At the same time, we have teams working on projects outside Stockholm. If you enjoy variety and are interested in periodically working in other locations, that opportunity is available. In our group of companies, there is also a sister company on Gotland with approximately 10 full-time employees. This provides additional opportunities for anyone interested in work on Gotland or other projects outside the Stockholm area in the future. Working in other locations is not a requirement for the position – but the opportunity exists. What will you be working with? You will be working on various site and construction projects, primarily in the Stockholm area. Depending on the project and your experience, the work may include: Earthworks, site work, and foundation work Excavation and backfilling Water and sewerage work Finish grading Infrastructure such as roads and electrical We value broad expertise and experience from different types of construction projects. Why should you choose us? We believe that someone who is really skilled at their trade also appreciates working together with others who take the job seriously. With us, you become part of an established organization with short decision-making paths, own resources, and colleagues who are expected to take responsibility for both their own work and the team around them. We try to think beyond the next project. We invest in the operation, in our assets, and in our people to create a company that will be stronger in five and ten years than it is today. Send your CV together with a few lines about who you are, what you have worked with, and what experience you bring to us.

Crane Truck Driver for Crane Jib Operator in Northern Stockholm
Powerbuild Nordic AB is seeking a driven, conscientious, and skilled colleague for our crane jib operation. We work with crane truck transport, load handler transport, landscape installation, construction, advanced tree felling, and training. We have two large corporate clients we work for about 80% of the time; the rest of the time we work for private residential customers or smaller companies. We primarily work in Sollentuna, Danderyd, Täby, Järfälla, Upplands-bro, and Northern Stockholm overall, but also occasionally south of Stockholm. The crane truck is in excellent condition, registered in 2020 with approximately 19,000 kilometers, features leather upholstery, and is a tridem—a 530hp Mercedes Arocs (3253) equipped with a Palfinger 34tm crane + 6tm jib and 17-ton Palfinger load handler. 500L bucket with removable side panels. It's fantastic to drive and work with—like driving a Mercedes S-Class on the job. We always strive to provide the best and safest working environment for our employees, which is the company's hallmark. We always ensure there is dialogue about safety at the company. This vehicle has active emergency braking for pedestrians and cyclists. Currently, we have one driver operating an identical truck to the one you will be driving, so you'll receive solid backup on everything related to the vehicle and get tips and advice on most aspects of driving, loading, unloading, and all work-related matters. Who are we looking for? We seek a conscientious, thorough, and capable employee who preferably has previous experience driving crane trucks, crane jibs with buckets, or jib operators and who is not afraid to do some mechanical work. By mechanical work, we mean simple tasks such as changing lights, windshield wipers, assembling jibs and buckets, or possibly replacing hoses if one breaks. No work involving warranties or CE markings is performed by our employees. We appreciate candidates with an interest in motors, construction, mechanics, or technology, as the job offers all of these combined. If you have a CE license, that's great, but it's not required since we only have one trailer. If you'd like to obtain a CE license later, we can help you as we have space for trailer practice driving. If you have a chainsaw operator's license and tree felling experience, you'll be at the top of our candidate list, as we work extensively with the crane truck for tree felling. We also have a saw attachment for the crane. It's preferable if you live on the north side of Stockholm so the truck is convenient to access, as it is based in and operates from Upplands-bro. Communication is everything, so please submit an application by email and we'll get back to you. We typically respond to all applications. Have a great day. Best regards, Daniel/CEO
