About the position
At our facility in Högbytorp, we work every day to transform waste products into resources – an important part of the transition to a more circular society. We are now looking for an environmental worker for the Ash Station who wants to become part of our team.
Here you get a varied and practical role where you work with the operation and treatment of fly ash, while helping to keep the facility in good condition. One day you work from the control room and monitor the process, the next day you are out in the facility solving practical problems together with your colleagues.
You will be part of a team of six people where we help each other and share responsibility for safe and stable operations.
Work tasks
Together with your five colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that our ash treatment techniques are carried out safely and cost-effectively. The role is varied and includes, among other things:
Control room work
Communication with drivers
Facility operations
Practical maintenance and repair work outdoors
The position is primarily scheduled for weekdays 07:00–16:00 at our Ragn-Sells Högbytorp facility, Bro.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with control room work, maintenance work, and coordinating deliveries. If you have knowledge in mechanical work, that is an advantage.
You are service-oriented and have a knack for building good relationships with both colleagues and customers. The role requires flexibility and initiative as work tasks can vary over time.
For this position, the following are required:
Class B driver's license
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
That you are practically inclined
Basic computer skills
We place great importance on personal suitability.
