The test consists of various situations that can occur in everyday work at MAX, where you describe how you would handle them. This way, you'll get a good early impression of what it's like to work for us. The test takes about 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified by email. We handle applications on an ongoing basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
