Do you want to work as an extra personal assistant? We are now looking for reliable and stable hourly substitutes who want to work in our various personal assistance assignments. As an hourly substitute with us, you will be introduced and trained by one or more of our clients. This means we will contact you when the need for a substitute arises, which often happens on short notice. You are booked for one work shift at a time. What does the job entail? As a personal assistant, you help and support a person in their daily life. Our clients are of different ages and have different needs, which means that work tasks vary between different assistance assignments. This can for example involve: helping with personal care and transfers providing support, structure and guidance in daily life accompanying someone to school, work, activities or other errands cooking and helping with household chores being available as support and security during the day or night medication delegation occurs in several assignments Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is responsible, confident, responsive and flexible. Since you will be working for several different clients, you need to be able to adapt to different people, routines and ways of working. Above all, we are looking for someone who wants to be a recurring and stable substitute for us and who has the ability to step in when regular assistants are sick, on leave or when other needs arise. Experience in personal assistance or other care work is a merit, but chemistry and the right attitude are equally important. You need to be able to speak and understand Swedish well, as a personal assistant you sometimes help the client to communicate in different situations. About the employment This is a flexible employment (hourly substitute) where you are booked for one work shift at a time. You indicate yourself in our booking system which days and times you are available. Working hours vary and can be scheduled for day, evening, night and weekends. The length of work shifts varies depending on the client's needs; it can range from short shifts during the day to 24-hour shifts with waiting time, or overnight shifts.
