About the Position
Gräsdalens Däckservice is now hiring a Tire Technician/Customer Service Representative!
We are entering the seasonal shift period and need to staff additional tire technicians during this time.
You will work both practically and administratively with the team in our tire department. The company has one of Sweden's most modern tire storage facilities, which makes your work in the workshop easier!
Job Responsibilities
Tire changes (passenger vehicles, trucks, and construction equipment), balancing, and other workshop work.
Service work in the workshop
Customer reception and customer service
Administrative tasks related to customer orders and bookings
What We're Looking For
Experience as an automotive mechanic is a plus
Good computer skills
Experience with tire changes, balancing, and service is a plus
Good physical ability as the work can be physically demanding at times
Personal Qualities
Flexible and comfortable switching between administrative work and workshop tasks
A team player who works well with others in the workshop
Service-oriented and responsible
