Housemother - HVB Personal

Join our team and become a central part of the daily life for our young people. As a housemother, you play a central role in creating a comfortable, structured, and welcoming home environment. We are looking for someone with previous experience working with young people and who understands the importance of professional yet warm and respectful interactions. Responsibilities Planning and preparing meals Grocery shopping and weekly menu planning Laundry, cleaning, and maintaining common spaces in the facility Creating a pleasant and family-like environment Participating in the young people's daily lives and encouraging involvement in activities such as cooking and other household tasks Collaborating with other staff members regarding the young people's needs and facility routines We are looking for someone who Has previous experience working with young people Is secure, stable, and has a good demeanor Is organized and able to work independently Enjoys cooking and creating order and comfort Has an aptitude for building relationships while setting clear and professional boundaries Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Great importance is placed on personal suitability and experience working with young people.
