You are A business-driven and relationship-building person with experience from industry in Småland, either from technical sales or from a role in production, design, or engineering. You have a genuine technical interest and enjoy discussions where you get to understand the customer's reality and challenges. You are communicative, responsive, and confident in customer interactions. You work independently, take responsibility for your region, and understand the value of structure, planning, and persistence in sales work. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form and are experienced in working with CRM systems.
