"My name is Lukas and I work as operations manager at Axcell in Jönköping. We are now looking for two property maintenance supervisors. You will be part of a group of 20 engaged people, a wonderful mix of maintenance staff and technicians. Job Responsibilities As a property maintenance supervisor, you work closely with the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need. Your responsibilities will include: maintenance and cleaning of exterior areas corrective measures managing minor improvement projects property inspections Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities High school education Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries Good computer skills Good knowledge of Office Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written As a property maintenance supervisor with us, you are engaged and like order and organization. You have the ability to work proactively and ensure that everything is clean and neat. For you, service and sense of responsibility are self-evident, and you are comfortable working independently.
