You see the big picture, challenge established ways of working, and have the courage to make decisions even when not all answers are available. We Believe You Have Academic background in engineering, logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent. Several years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or similar strategic planning roles. Experience from project-based industrial, construction, or manufacturing operations. Documented experience in change management and process development.
