On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a Property Technician / Facilities Manager for an established property management company with an attractive residential portfolio in Gothenburg and south of Gothenburg. Here you will become part of a long-term and stable operation that works to develop and manage modern residential properties. You will have significant responsibility, varied tasks, and the opportunity to contribute to both satisfied tenants and sustainable property management. About the Role As a Property Technician / Facilities Manager, you play a central role in the daily operations and development of the property portfolio. You work both preventatively and reactively with technical installations, maintenance, and energy efficiency to ensure well-functioning properties and a safe living environment. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues, tenants, and contractors where you combine technical expertise with excellent service. Your Main Responsibilities Operation and maintenance of technical installations Handle and address service requests Order and follow up on minor repairs and maintenance work Corrective maintenance, such as troubleshooting and replacing appliances Conduct inspections and work with safety audits, health inspections, and other regulatory checks Troubleshoot and optimize technical systems such as heating, ventilation, and indoor climate Participate in energy optimization together with the operations engineer Coordinate and follow up on external contractors Contribute to cost-effective solutions within operations and maintenance What We're Looking For Have upper secondary education in technology or equivalent (vocational education is a merit) Have 3–5 years of experience in property technology or similar work Have good technical understanding and experience with operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting Are comfortable working digitally in various systems Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have a Class B driver's license As a Person You are self-driven, organized, and solution-oriented with a natural drive to take responsibility. You have a strong technical interest and are motivated by finding long-term solutions that create value for both the business and tenants. At the same time, you are service-minded, unpretentious, and enjoy building good relationships through professional and engaged interactions.
