About the position We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for Forcit's operations in Gällivare–Pajala. Here we manufacture and deliver bulk emulsion to open pit mines, with operations comprising approximately 30 employees, seven MEMU trucks and a modern production line. You will be responsible for maintenance and operational reliability of our MEMU trucks, production equipment and technical installations related to the manufacture and delivery of bulk emulsion. In this role, you will focus on developing our preventive maintenance, our work methods and our operational reliability. You have overall responsibility for ensuring that our technical equipment, facilities and vehicles operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable requirements. The role involves you working mainly at the facility in Gällivare, but also partly in Pajala. Additionally, travel within Sweden occurs. To facilitate this, we see it as an advantage if you live in or near Gällivare. Duties: Storumans Municipality is seeking staff for our elderly care operations in Tärnaby, 130 kilometers outside Storuman and 20 kilometers from Hemavan. The work is performed at Stefansgården, a special residence with a dementia focus offering six places. In the same wing is the short-term residence Granhöjden, which also has so-called emergency places with the region, and staff on the Stefansgården/Granhöjden departments work together. The work involves day shifts (7:00-14:15) alternating with evening shifts (14:00-21:30), on weekdays and weekends according to schedule. Heavy lifting occurs in the work, and we provide training in how to do this as ergonomically as possible. Qualifications: Education and previous experience with similar work in elderly care and LSS are advantageous. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. You should be positive, patient, and engaged in the assignment, with good collaboration skills and the ability to take own initiative. Speaking and understanding Swedish is important to us.
