Your Role: As an Operations Development Manager at Boliden Aitik, you will have a central position where you drive the development of our work methods and processes. You will identify improvement opportunities, support the business in change initiatives, and ensure that our processes align with our strategic goals. Together with managers and employees, you will create strong bridges between the business's daily operations and management's strategic decisions. Your Responsibilities: Analyze and develop the business's processes and work methods. Lead and facilitate workshops, support change projects and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with different parts of the business to identify needs and opportunities. Follow up and evaluate the impact of implemented measures. Contribute to developing and maintaining our management system. Coordinate and drive work related to ISO audits. Your Contribution: We are looking for someone who is analytical, communicative, and has an ease for building trust. Collaboration is important to you, and you see the value in leveraging individuals' expertise and perspectives. You have the ability to visualize and explain complex relationships. We see that you thrive working both strategically and operationally, and that you have a strong desire to make a difference in our business. Requirements: Relevant university degree in areas such as economics, occupational health and safety, organization, or engineering. Experience in operations development, change management, or project management. Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Manual B driver's license. It is a merit if you have experience in leadership and work within the industrial sector. We also view positively if you have experience in: LEAN. Agile methodologies. Incident investigations. Process mapping.
