Join us and drive change for coming generations. Aitik is now seeking a Temporary Maintenance Planner for the Concentration Plant. Could this be you? Your Role: As a Temporary Maintenance Planner, you will prepare work orders with materials for daily maintenance and for major planned maintenance shutdowns. Your role will be to update, link, and create new setups of spare parts in our maintenance system Maximo, perform incoming inspections of materials at the facility, and develop and update work instructions for recurring maintenance activities. The work includes participating in our maintenance shutdowns where you have certain responsibility for contractors' work, materials, and safety rounds. Your Team: You will work in a dedicated team where collaboration and responsibility are central values. This is a temporary position through May 31, 2027. Working hours are scheduled during daytime with flexible hours; some on-call duty may occur in the position. Your Tasks: Prepare work orders Spare parts setup in Maximo Inspection of materials Develop work instructions for maintenance Participate in maintenance shutdowns Responsibility for materials and safety rounds during maintenance shutdowns Certain responsibility for contractor work What We're Looking For: We look forward to working with you if you take great personal responsibility, are well-organized, flexible, and have strong collaboration skills, as the work requires cooperation with different work groups. You are analytical and thrive in environments where you are actively involved in improvement work and creating structure and order. Required Qualifications: - Secondary education with a focus on technology or industry - Broad technical knowledge of process and mechanical maintenance - Communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Driver's License Category B (manual transmission) Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Maximo and experience from this field of work.
