Your personal qualities You have experience from food retail (preferably ICA, but not a requirement), however experience from an area of responsibility is a requirement. You are an engaged and communicative leader who inspires and motivates others. You naturally build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Examples of areas of responsibility Financial follow-up Product procurement and campaign planning Waste reduction monitoring and preventive planning Assortment development Product receiving Department routines and structure Product display and sales-driving measures Qualifications Experience from a management position is advantageous. Experience from retail or grocery trade. Experience from an area of responsibility is a requirement. Knowledge of retail economics. Knowledge of calculations and profitability. Experience with Min Butik and AOB is advantageous. Other information We are covered by the Retail sector collective agreement. Start date and salary according to agreement. Are you interested?
