Wheel Excavator Operator
We are looking for you with relevant experience as an operator for a wheel excavator, and some work with tracked excavators may also occur. You should be willing to take responsibility on your own and be self-directed. It is advantageous if you are experienced in handling excavation systems. Our office is located on Orust, and we primarily have work on Orust and its surrounding municipalities, but shorter periods at other locations can occur, both closer such as Gothenburg and northern Bohuslän. We perform varied earthwork including everything from sewage, drainage, ditching, and foundation work for properties. You will become a member of a work team of approximately 10 employees with different tasks. Our company places great value on delivering well-executed work to customers, and therefore we believe it is important that you know your trade. Requirements are that you have a B driver's license and a license to operate an excavator. We would like you to start immediately or by arrangement.
Carpenter
We are seeking an experienced carpenter who enjoys varied projects at a smaller company. You should be comfortable working independently but also function well in a team, and be open to helping wherever needed and working extensively outdoors (almost exclusively outdoors). Heavy work occurs regularly. You need to be prepared to perform other tasks within the company as we are a site development and contracting firm. Experience with decks, docks, pile driving, forming and reinforcing/casting is advantageous. Boating experience and maritime officer class 8 certification is highly advantageous. We are based out of Orust with a workshop and office, and primarily work in the surrounding area (Uddevalla, Orust, Tjörn, Stenungsund). We prefer that you live nearby.
