All store managers in the region meet four times a year to exchange knowledge and experience to continuously improve our operations. This collaborative development work is led by a regional manager who will be your direct supervisor. Job Description As a store manager at Hemtex, you have overall responsibility for the store's results and daily operations. You also have personnel responsibility for the store's employees and work actively to create a good work environment and strong team spirit. Your mission is to lead the sales team to create fantastic shopping experiences for our customers in an inspiring store environment. You will yourself work actively in the store with customer interactions both at the checkout and on the floor, merchandise handling and displays, and be a present sales leader for your employees. You will, for example, be responsible for: Visual and personal sales work in the store Analyzing key figures and translating insights into concrete action plans to strengthen the store's profitability Leading and motivating your employees based on our vision and values to become their best selves and reach set goals Staffing and organizing operations with efficiency and increased sales as the starting point Recruiting and onboarding new employees in collaboration with the regional manager Continuously working to develop broad product knowledge for yourself and your employees Your Profile We believe that you, like us, always put the customer first and are passionate about sales and service. We are looking for someone with: At least two years of experience as a store manager, or alternatively at least two years of store experience combined with other management experience. Experience with budget responsibility and sales analysis Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and engage employees It is a merit if you have post-secondary education in retail, economics, or management. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
