Detail focus and equipment: Ensure that notepads, pens, fresh water and possibly refreshments/fruit are available. You are also responsible for rolling in and setting up additional materials and equipment such as flip charts (flipovers), whiteboards and other requested materials. Technology responsibility: Start up, test functionality and assist guests with technology (projectors, sound systems, screens, hybrid meetings/Teams/Zoom etc.). You are the one who solves the problem if the technology fails. Comfort and order: Ongoing cleaning, wiping down and general tidiness in and around conference facilities and break areas. Who are you?
