At Tenstar Simulation, you have the opportunity to help develop our global marketing – making it an essential part of our sales process and thus our sales success! Together with your engaged team of 5 people, you handle everything from major events to social media. Your Role As Marketing Director, you are responsible for leading the work of our marketing department. In close collaboration with our CEO, you develop and implement Tenstar's global marketing strategy - with a focus on generating leads and creating business opportunities. You will, among other things: Implement and execute our marketing plan. Work closely with the sales team and other key functions within the organization to develop our communication with existing and potential customers. Ensure that marketing efforts directly contribute to achieving our sales and brand goals. Evaluate the impact of our marketing activities. Contribute to lead generation by developing your team's working methods and processes. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has a business-driven mindset and is driven by creating measurable impact through marketing. You combine an analytical perspective with a creative mind and have the ability to inspire both your team and colleagues. We see that you have: Relevant marketing education at college or university level (e.g., Berghs, IHM, or equivalent). At least 5 years of marketing experience with a close connection to sales, preferably in a small or medium-sized organization. Experience in digital marketing. Experience leading teams and personnel responsibility. Good understanding of product sales. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. Why Tenstar?
