About the role We are now offering an exciting role as Department Manager in Strömstad where your task will be to start, build and develop a new department. Going forward, you will have personnel responsibility and be responsible for the department's financial operations including business and sales responsibility. The focus will be on creating growth in the region and building your own "dream team". About you We are looking for someone with good experience in leadership as well as experience and knowledge in electrical engineering and technology. We believe that you have good experience and understanding of working with service and contracting, and you feel confident in your leadership and have good ability to manage relationships where you understand the importance and advantage of being responsive, being a good communicator and solving challenges in a constructive and unpretentious way together with employees and customers. Furthermore, we would like to see that you have a development-oriented approach and are a person with good initiative, strong drive and forward-thinking, and are genuinely interested in technology and conducting sustainable business. You should have the ability to plan and organize your work in a structured and efficient manner, as well as yourself having a drive for continuous improvement in your area and a willingness to sell, deliver the product and expertise. To succeed in this role you need to have: Relevant education and good leadership experience Experience from the industry such as work supervisor or operations/department manager Industry knowledge and knowledge of interpreting contract forms Fluent language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good language skills in English Business and commercial understanding, ability to see the bigger picture and customer needs Previous experience working to develop effective teams We offer A free and exciting role where you get the opportunity to start up, lead and further develop a new department in Strömstad in a secure, successful and expanding company.
