The work involves extensive collaboration with property owners, authorities, and other stakeholders. It is a varied role where you work both independently and together with colleagues from different parts of the Swedish Transport Administration. Furthermore, you are a team player with good collaboration skills and share the information needed to achieve desired results. We are looking for someone who has a university or college degree of at least 180 credits in surveying, or alternatively other relevant academic education combined with experience that the Swedish Transport Administration considers equivalent few years of current and relevant work experience with property rights issues very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing driver's license for cars. It is an advantage if you have current and relevant work experience with valuation and negotiation within the property rights area land acquisition issues property rights issues within infrastructure and/or community development processes.
