The operations area includes personal assistance, guidance services, and contact person activities. As a planner with us, you may have assignments as a staffing planner or service planner. Now we are strengthening administrative support for our assistance team and night unit, and therefore we are seeking an administrator with an assignment as service planner. The assignment will include, among other things, scheduling for staff, service planning, and planning of transportation schedules for the assistance team and night unit, preparing materials for management support for reporting in Welfare, and compiling and analyzing relevant statistics. The service planner will work closely with service planners for guidance services. As a planner within personal support, assignments may vary over time based on needs within our services. In both staffing planner and service planner roles, you have great responsibility for driving the scheduling process, ensuring staffing, and providing correct information before shift change days for the units you are responsible for. When working as a staffing planner for the assistance services, you will be responsible for approximately three units and are expected to maintain close dialogue with unit managers and other administrative staff. The assignment as service planner for guidance services involves considerable work with prepared schedules and currently also includes receiving absence notifications and short-term recruitment for the guidance services. It is important to have an understanding of the needs of people with disabilities and insight into how assignments to staff members affect scheduling. As a planner, you will work to ensure the operation of the services. The planner creates schedules based on the aim that a base schedule should exist for each person, and makes corrections for changes during the coming period. The planner is the unit managers' closest support in scheduling work and you work with the scheduling tool Timecare Planning and Timecare Pool for temporary or acute needs, and prepare tasks in the personnel system Personec. During the fall, the service planning system Welfare Planning will launch within the assistance team. Qualifications The position requires completed upper secondary education with full upper secondary school grades. We are looking for someone with several years of experience working with scheduling.
