Sales & Network Professional
You Love Business We're looking for someone from e-commerce who gets energized by meeting people, building relationships, and creating new opportunities. You're the person who always knows someone who knows someone. Someone who enjoys networking, is curious about how businesses operate, and loves getting caught up in conversations about growth, organization, and building successful companies. At E-commerce Recruit, we help the Nordic region's most exciting companies find the right people through recruitment and interim staffing. We do this by genuinely understanding their business. We don't believe in quick sales pitches or generic solutions. We believe in relationships, trust, and a genuine interest in the people and companies we work with. We're looking for someone who can sit down with a CEO, Head of E-commerce, or commercial director and have a conversation that goes beyond recruitment and consulting solutions. Someone who understands how business works, what challenges different companies face, and how the right talent can actually make a difference. This is a commercial role where you'll be responsible for creating new customer relationships and developing business by identifying new business opportunities, booking and conducting customer meetings, developing existing relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions within recruitment, executive search, and interim staffing. Maybe you've worked in e-commerce for several years. Perhaps you've held a commercial role where relationships and business were a natural part of your daily work. The exact title matters less. What's important is that you're business-minded, curious, and comfortable creating new relationships. We believe you're the person who enjoys making the first contact. Someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. Someone who likes being out at meetings, meeting people, and building a strong network over time. You're driven by making good deals, but equally by creating long-term partnerships. With us, you'll have great trust and a lot of freedom. We don't believe in micromanagement. We believe in people who take responsibility, help each other, and want to develop together. We have high ambitions and like to win. At the same time, we're convinced that the best results are created when people share, open doors for each other, and celebrate successes as a team. We're a family-oriented company where decisions are made quickly, laughter is close at hand, and everyone contributes to building the company further. We think you'll recognize yourself in this: You have experience from the e-commerce industry and understand how it works. You're comfortable meeting with decision-makers and enjoy building relationships. You're business-driven, take initiative, and see opportunities to create value. You enjoy networking and ideally already have a network within the digital industry. You're curious, unpretentious, proactive, and thrive when no two days are the same. You're fluent in both English and Swedish. Why E-commerce Recruit We started E-commerce Recruit with a simple idea. Recruitment works better when it's done by people who actually understand the industry. That's why we've chosen to focus on digital expertise. We like to dive deep into business, growth, and organizations, but most of all we like people. It's the combination of the two that allows us to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Placement & Start The role can be based at either our HQ in Malmö or our Stockholm office. The position is office-based and we're looking for someone who thrives in an environment with high presence and close collaboration. The employment is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Contact & Application If you have questions about the position, you're warmly welcome to contact Sanny Malmberg, [email protected] During summer and holiday periods, responses may take longer than usual.
