We're looking for someone who can sit down with a CEO, Head of E-commerce, or commercial director and have a conversation that goes beyond recruitment and consulting solutions. Someone who understands how business works, what challenges different companies face, and how the right talent can actually make a difference.
This is a commercial role where you'll be responsible for creating new customer relationships and developing business by identifying new business opportunities, booking and conducting customer meetings, developing existing relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions within recruitment, executive search, and interim staffing.
Maybe you've worked in e-commerce for several years. Perhaps you've held a commercial role where relationships and business were a natural part of your daily work. The exact title matters less. What's important is that you're business-minded, curious, and comfortable creating new relationships.

You have experience from the e-commerce industry and understand how it works.
You're comfortable meeting with decision-makers and enjoy building relationships.

You're curious, unpretentious, proactive, and thrive when no two days are the same.
You're fluent in both English and Swedish.

Placement & Start
The role can be based at either our HQ in Malmö or our Stockholm office. The position is office-based and we're looking for someone who thrives in an environment with high presence and close collaboration. The employment is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period.
