Qualifications Formal Competence We are looking for someone with strong construction technical knowledge and understanding of building processes, obtained through post-secondary education in building technology or equivalent work experience. You also have at least three years of documented experience in project development, technical sales, or project management in the construction industry. You have a good understanding of building processes, project dynamics, and how specifications influence material and system choices. You are confident in meeting decision-makers, driving business discussions in early stages, and working systematically with CRM. Meritorious It is advantageous if you have experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, and building owners, for example in roles as project manager, installation manager, architect, or designer. Experience with BIM tools such as Revit or similar is particularly valuable. It is also an advantage if you have experience giving presentations, training, and concept reviews, as well as working cross-functionally in commercial organizations.
