As a Project Advisor, you will have a key role in a strategic initiative, with strong technical support, freedom in your daily work, and a clear opportunity to make a difference. Saint-Gobain is undergoing significant expansion and is now launching a completely new strategy within Specification Sales. The goal is to take a leading position in the project market by influencing early stages of the building process and offering some of the industry's strongest product portfolios with high-quality and sustainable solutions. As a Project Advisor, you will drive specification work in early project stages and develop the project market. In this role, you will also work on building relationships with key stakeholders, influence material and system choices, deliver presentations and training, and work systematically with CRM and cross-functionally within the organization. Qualifications Formal Competence We are looking for someone with strong construction technical knowledge and understanding of building processes, obtained through post-secondary education in building technology or equivalent work experience. You also have at least three years of documented experience in project development, technical sales, or project management in the construction industry. You have a good understanding of building processes, project dynamics, and how specifications influence material and system choices. You are confident in meeting decision-makers, driving business discussions in early stages, and working systematically with CRM. Meritorious It is advantageous if you have experience working with architects, consultants, contractors, and building owners, for example in roles as project manager, installation manager, architect, or designer. Experience with BIM tools such as Revit or similar is particularly valuable. It is also an advantage if you have experience giving presentations, training, and concept reviews, as well as working cross-functionally in commercial organizations.
