As an assistant, you will play an important role in creating both security and joy in her life. The client lives with cerebral palsy and needs help and support in all aspects of her daily life. We are looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and enjoys working closely with other people. We believe you are a trustworthy person with a big heart who enjoys helping others. If you have previously worked as a personal assistant, that's a plus, but the most important thing is the right attitude and approach. We are looking for someone who matches the following: Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is also an asset if you: Have previous experience working in healthcare or as a personal assistant Have a manual B driver's license Are a social, open, and active person Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Employment form and working hours The current employment form is hourly employment, which means work as needed. There is also an opportunity to work every Thursday between 4:00 PM–8:30 PM. In addition to Thursday shifts, you will also have the opportunity to work extra as needed during regular staff absences and vacations. Salary Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective bargaining agreement. Start date September 1 or by agreement. I am looking for an assistant to work 1-2 days per week. Work hours are 13.5 hours per day. The job includes travel with overnight stays, weekend work, holidays, and potential late evenings. I live centrally in Bollnäs. Requirements for the position are a car and a valid driver's license, knowledge of the Heimlich maneuver, and proficiency in English. The work tasks consist of assisting with healthcare and nursing services and accompanying our customer on outdoor activities they have planned. All work is preceded by shadowing, so both you and our customer feel secure. We are looking for staff for shifts that are scheduled for day shifts/evening shifts and also weekends. You should not be afraid to take your own initiative but without taking over. Flexibility is something that is highly valued. We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, confident, and has the competence to conduct yourself in social settings. We would like to see that you have worked in healthcare previously and have experience handling tracheostomy, PEG/tube feeding. Speaking, understanding, being able to read and write in Swedish is a requirement. A driver's license is a big plus since our customer has their own car.
