About the Position The work involves providing support in daily life and together creating a safe and meaningful existence. Working Hours: Weekdays: 15.30–08.30 and 15.30–21.00, when the member attends day activities. Weekends: 08.30–08.30 and 10.00–21.00. The work can at times involve a faster pace, and it is therefore important that you are stress-resilient, flexible, and can maintain calm even when the situation requires it. We are Looking for Someone Who Is calm, confident, and stress-resilient Has a warm and empathetic approach Is organized, structured, and flexible Has experience with autism and low-affective interaction Is familiar with visual schedules and visual supports Holds a driver's license for manual transmission Takes own initiative easily and can adapt to the situation About the Daily Routine The daily routine consists of many different activities and moments together. This could include walks, outings to the water, picnics and grilling, looking at picture books, photography, watching films, and listening to music.
