We are now recruiting several substitute personal assistants for assistance assignments in Vellinge and Trelleborg. Working hours vary, including day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, and weekend work. We have high standards for personal suitability and we prefer that you have previous experience in personal assistance. Our assistance assignments work in different ways because the assistance is built around the specific client's needs. To function well in the role of personal assistant, you therefore need to be flexible and empathetic. Other personal qualities we are looking for are that you are responsible and respectful. A valid driver's license is required. Employment terms are regulated by the collective agreement between Fremia-Kommunal. Selection is ongoing. We welcome your application! Company Information Sydassistans AB has been providing personal assistance to people with disabilities in southern Sweden since its founding in 1994. One of our tasks as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants. With the principles of Safety, Respect, and Quality of Life, we work so that our clients, despite having a disability, can live as normal a life as possible. Currently, we employ approximately 350 personal assistants. At Sydassistans, we offer our employees training that is relevant to working with your specific client.
