POSITION: 80% The position consists of 2-3 fixed weekday shifts per week from 7am-4pm, combined with occasional evening shifts and a couple of weekends according to a rotating four-week schedule. Each work shift is approximately 8-9 hours long. We are a stable and pleasant staff group and strive to maintain good basic staffing. When you are reliable and take responsibility for your scheduled shifts, it creates security for the entire work team. With us, you should feel confident that you won't be expected to be on call all the time. For those who want to and wish to work more, there is of course the opportunity to pick up extra shifts. Every superhero needs sidekicks, will you be mine? This fall I'm starting middle school and then I need more assistants on my team. On weekdays you'll get to hang out with me at school and during leisure time. Otherwise, your workplace is wherever I am and we'll spend a lot of time at home with my family. Cozying up on the couch and sometimes outings and activities. Medication management and tube feeding via pump may occur. No previous experience required—the most important thing is that you're curious and want to get to know me. We'll teach you everything we can! I have lots of energy and it's important that you can keep up with my pace. Are you strong and agile? I can climb really high, but also expect some lifting and play from the floor. You who apply for this position should be attentive, responsible, have patience, and quick reflexes to manage to prevent dangerous situations.
