About the role As IT Manager, you are responsible for Lesley's IT function from strategic direction to operational delivery. You develop and implement IT strategy, drive digitalization, and ensure that IT effectively supports the company's business objectives. The role encompasses responsibility for the entire IT environment, including infrastructure, systems management, technical platforms, security, and vendors. This is an operational leadership role where you work closely with operations and at times are actively involved in, for example, support, systems issues, and problem-solving. The combination of helicopter perspective and hands-on work is central. Your assignment You further develop the IT function and create structure within, for example, IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, licenses, and policies and guidelines. The business system, where Jeeves is central, forms an important part of the operations and entails close work with systems management, integrations, and prioritization of development initiatives. You are also responsible for IT infrastructure, including server environments, networks, client platforms, and cloud services, as well as ensuring stable operations and efficiency.
