With us at Kronans Apotek on beautiful Tjörn - Bohuslän's gem - you get the opportunity to take overall responsibility for two well-functioning and charming pharmacies: one in Kållekärr and one in Skärhamn. With us you get a varied and developing role in a fantastic environment on the west coast, where proximity, community and quality are in focus. As a cluster manager, you get an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership with active and present work in everyday life. You have overall responsibility for the operation, finances and staffing of both pharmacies – but most importantly, you lead an engaged team towards common goals. You work closely with your colleagues, see each individual and create a culture where participation, curiosity and collaboration are natural parts of everyday life. The role includes, among other things: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient advice and a customer experience of the highest quality. Responsible for finances, budget and results monitoring. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the local area. Full responsibility for staff, work environment and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team towards set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The pharmacy in Skärhamn is open 9-18 on weekdays and 10-14 on Saturdays, while the pharmacy in Kållekärr is open 9-18 on weekdays. We offer a permanent employment with an initial trial period. You will be part of regional manager Adnan Mulic's team - a region characterized by close collaboration, work joy and care 🧡 Ping!
