About the Unit The Customer Reception is part of the garrison section, which supports the garrison with training resources, facilities, and expertise. The section provides support in areas such as premises, IT, archives, dispatch, administration, and booking. The section is organizationally under the garrison unit, which provides training and operational support in areas including traffic, healthcare, CBRN, environment, simulators, sports, management systems, and training and shooting ranges. Main Responsibilities As an administrator, your work varies from day to day. The Customer Reception provides customer service in the form of handling bookings, keys, access cards, service cards, requests from external authorities, and more. The position includes administrative work concerning premises, accommodation, and training facilities, as well as partly maintaining these. You should be able to answer multiple questions, such as how to use our shooting ranges and appropriate training terrain, which is why we consider it a requirement that you have a military background and understanding. The regiment's main task is to produce and maintain combat units for the Army.
