In your role as a welder with us, you are responsible for ensuring production runs smoothly at your position and working with your shift team to meet daily targets. As a welder, you thrive working according to given instructions, standardized work methods, and always with quality and safety awareness in focus. You will be part of the axle department where we manufacture rear axle assemblies for trucks and buses. Your main responsibilities Weld assembly of components on rear axle assemblies in takt flow Quality control using measurement equipment to verify placement Weld repairs of defective parts Sealing of components for each specific rear axle assembly The shift pattern in the department is 4-shift, which means working morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Who are you? You are a team player who takes own initiative, prioritizes safety, and is open to feedback. You value collaboration and have an outward-facing, positive attitude. You also have: Experience in welding and approved welder certifications are merits Complete high school diploma Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing Ability to work shifts Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities as our employees are our greatest asset and key to our success. For all employment, you must be 18 years of age or older. Education in a relevant field such as industrial technology program, technology program, or equivalent vocational education is desirable.
