About the Position We are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to the development and quality assurance of University of Gothenburg's management of the Erasmus program. The role combines case handling and financial administration with development work to create efficient, legally sound, and user-friendly working methods. Your duties include, among other things, handling of grants for studies and internships within the Erasmus program. You are responsible for ensuring that documentation, decisions, and payments are handled correctly and in accordance with the program's regulations. The work also involves ongoing contact with students and employees as well as partner organizations, such as partner universities. University of Gothenburg continuously works to develop and digitalize the administration of the Erasmus program. As part of this work, you contribute to simplifying administrative processes, strengthening quality and efficiency, and making it easier for target groups to benefit from the program's opportunities.
