Job Description
As a project manager, you will drive projects for new establishments and major renovations within the lock systems area. You coordinate deliveries between internal and external parties and ensure that lock systems work together with fire safety, alarms, access control systems, and accessibility requirements. The role encompasses everything from strategic development and standardization to more operational follow-up of contracts.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
• Project management of more and less complex installations and contracts
• Coordination of locks across the entire ecosystem (locks, fire safety, alarms, evacuation)
• Creation of lock schemes and management of orders
• Troubleshooting, monitoring, and further development of lock technology in the regions
• Networking and leading meetings and forums
Travel and some on-call availability may occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
• Post-secondary education in lock technology or equivalent experience
• At least two years of experience in project management within lock installations and contracts (acquired experience that the Swedish Police Authority deems equivalent)
• Experience in creating lock schemes
• Good experience with lock technology in ecosystems with fire safety/alarms/access control systems, as well as knowledge of accessibility and evacuation
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Class B driver's license and Swedish citizenship
Meritorious experience
• Requirements specification and standardization within lock technology
• Customer relations and public procurement
• Experience from government operations or other regulated activities

You are driven, organized, and have a great interest in technology. You easily switch between independent work and teamwork, even under pressure. Good judgment and teaching ability are important qualities for leading our processes toward set goals.
