Our Project Logistics department specializes mainly in ad-hoc shipments and ongoing projects. About the Position As a Project Expeditor, you are responsible for planning and organizing customized logistics solutions for projects and special goods. For this position, the focus is on working with military classified goods transport, primarily within air cargo export, but you will also work with other types of goods and transport modes. You are responsible for your own customers, projects, and shipments but work closely with your colleagues in Sweden, GEODIS' global network, as well as customers, suppliers, and partners around the world.
Main responsibilities:
Develop relationships and business with existing customers and suppliers.
Handle shipments and projects from inquiry through to invoicing.
Responsible for customer contact and follow-up via phone and visits.
Respond to supplier and customer inquiries.
Contribute to the team's development and improvement of work methods, routines, and processes.

We are looking for you who:
Have at least a few years of experience in freight forwarding with a focus on air cargo export. If you have also worked with multiple transport modes, that is an advantage.
It is highly meriting if you have previously worked with project logistics and special transport, especially military classified goods.
Knowledge of the CW1 production system is a plus.
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
The role suits you if you are solution-oriented and independently drive your work forward. You have the ability to plan and organize projects and special transports from start to finish, act proactively and with good structure. Good communication and cooperation with both external and internal partners is a given for you, always with good service and quality in focus.
