We are looking for you who have experience working with harmful use and addiction and want to help develop the Dependency Team in Västernorrland! The Dependency Team is a regional team linked to psychiatric inpatient care at Department 7 in Sundsvall. The team functions as a link between psychiatric inpatient, intermediate, and outpatient care, primary care, municipalities, health and medical services, and assists all actors with consultative support and serves as a knowledge center. The team plans care before, during, and after inpatient care and constitutes an important link in the care chain for the individual. The Dependency Team provides guidance and support to the region's municipalities, primary care, and other care partners, and carries out clinical interventions of an outpatient nature.
