The area includes the town of Osby and several surrounding villages of various sizes. The pastorate has approximately 6,200 members, representing 60% affiliation. We now want to invest in our confirmands, youth, and young adults. We are doing this by announcing two positions with a youth focus. For the past couple of years, we have had a team dedicated to confirmation work. We want to expand this by building a team focused on youth work. We envision you, with your musical background, contributing to ensuring that confirmands, youth, and young adults joyfully participate in singing and music in our churches. The position also includes traditional musician duties with services, church ceremonies, adult choir, and gospel choir. You will have the opportunity to shape how and in what ways these are conducted together with a wonderful group of colleagues. Osby Pastorate currently has 4 musicians (one of whom is retiring), 3-4 priests, a deacon, and a parish educator. The confirmation team also includes support staff. You will therefore be part of a work team with many talented individuals. Qualifications: The position requires that you can play piano and lead singing. A driver's license is required, and access to your own car is preferred. A cantor education or other music education background is considered a merit.
