With new initiatives, increased external presence, and a growing need for structure in the IT environment, the role of IT Manager becomes central to the company's continued growth. We are now seeking an IT Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for further developing, structuring, and driving Lesley's IT function forward in a role that combines strategic responsibility with a clear operational focus. Organization and Work Approach Lesley is characterized by proximity to decision-making, a fast pace, and flexibility. The IT function is small but central and works closely with both management and operations. You will lead a team of three employees: two full-stack developers and one specialist in business logic and data. Work is cross-functional in an environment where collaboration and broad engagement are critical, which demands both breadth, prioritization ability, and a pragmatic approach. Background As Lesley develops new business areas and strengthens its digital presence, the demands on IT as a key enabler increase. The business is complex, particularly through a strong and well-established network of resellers, which places high demands on business systems, data logic, and effective IT support. About the Role As IT Manager, you are responsible for Lesley's IT function from strategic direction to operational delivery. You develop and implement IT strategy, drive digitalization, and ensure that IT effectively supports the company's business objectives. The role encompasses responsibility for the entire IT environment, including infrastructure, system administration, technical platforms, security, and vendors. This is an operational leadership role where you work closely with the business and at times are actively involved in areas such as support, system issues, and problem-solving. The combination of helicopter perspective and hands-on work is central. An important part of the role is contributing to the development and strengthening of Lesley's digital business, where understanding of e-commerce, customer journey, and how technology enables business development is central. Your Assignment You will further develop the IT function and create structure in areas such as IT governance, budgeting, vendor management, licenses, and policies and guidelines. The business system, where Jeeves is central, represents an important part of operations and involves close work with system administration, integrations, and prioritization of development initiatives. You are also responsible for IT infrastructure, including server environments, networks, client platforms, and cloud services, as well as ensuring stable operations and efficiency. Information security is an integrated part of the role, where you work with risk analyses, compliance, incident management, and backup and continuity solutions. Future Perspective - Digitalization and AI Lesley has a clear ambition to advance work on digitalization, AI, and automation. Focus is on streamlining processes, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and developing support for both customers and resellers. You contribute by identifying opportunities, driving initiatives, and collaborating with external partners to realize these. Who Are You? You are a confident, pragmatic, and business-focused IT leader who thrives in an environment where structure and development go hand in hand. You have the ability to switch between strategy and operational work, build trust in the organization, and translate technology into business value. Education and Experience You have relevant education or equivalent experience and at least five years of experience in IT leadership in an operational context. You have worked broadly within IT, preferably with both infrastructure and system development, and have experience with vendor management and change management. Experience with ERP systems is important, where Jeeves and integration work are assets. Knowledge in SQL, AI/automation, and system understanding is also seen as an advantage. Experience from e-commerce and digital business development, combined with a commercial perspective, is an asset and is seen as important competence for developing the interplay between technology, customer experience, and business. Sales Representative Lomex AI

Sell a product the industry actually needs Full-time · Remote (work from anywhere in Sweden) Construction is one of the largest industries that hasn't been seriously digitalized yet. We're building the platform that changes that – specifically for Swedish construction companies – and we're looking for a sales representative who wants to be part of it from the beginning. In construction projects, roughly one-third of work time goes to searching for information, clarifying uncertainties, and correcting errors. Lomex AI is built to solve that – project managers get answers to regulatory questions with source references in seconds, make their own project documents searchable, and record building meetings that become finished protocols and risk analyses. About the role You're in at an early stage and shape how we approach the market. You book meetings and drive deals from first conversation to signed contract, targeting construction companies, project management firms, and technical consultants. Everything happens remotely, with close support directly from the founding team. What we offer This is a pure commission role – with unlimited upside for those who deliver. You work remotely and sell a product that's simple to demonstrate and solves a real problem. And you get the chance to be part of it early and shape both the role and the company. Who we're looking for You have previous sales experience – whether B2B, retail, phone sales, or something else. The important thing is that you know what it's like to sell and close deals. You're comfortable working independently toward clear goals, build trust with decision-makers, and don't fear a no – you see it as information, not a stop sign. You're organized, follow up on what you promise, and communicate fluently in Swedish both spoken and written. Application Send your CV and a few lines about why you're a good fit for the role. We review applications continuously and respond personally to everyone who gets in touch.
