Job Responsibilities In your role as Unit Manager, you are offered a varied and developmental position where you combine clinical work with leadership. You have a central role in the operations where you are both present in daily work and responsible for driving the unit forward, both operatively and strategically. You lead work close to your team members and are an active part of the clinical day-to-day.
