What does the job as a residential support worker at Frösunda entail?
As a residential support worker, you work in our homes to support, motivate, and stimulate the individual's own ability to perform activities in daily life. You work to provide each client with individually adapted support that helps them create structure, routines, and planning in their everyday life.
Residential support in the operation is provided for people in LSS service user category 2, which is why the individuals' skills, needs, and development guide our efforts. The goal is to create conditions for an active and meaningful life in a safe and pleasant environment.
The operation has staffing around the clock and access to Frösunda's health and medical care team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. This provides good conditions for coordinated and professional support based on each individual's needs.
Examples of work tasks day/evening:
Daily chores such as cleaning, shopping, cooking
Documentation in journal systems and implementation plans
Contact person responsibilities
Reporting
Outings, walks, exercise, and activities
Personal care such as hygiene, showers, toilet visits, support, social presence
Support and motivate the client for increased independence in daily life
Examples Night shifts:
· Independent work
· Night supervision
· Personal care
· Documentation and reporting
· Operational tasks
Working hours are scheduled according to clients' and the operation's needs around the clock.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. You enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. You also find it easy to collaborate with others and have the ability to be flexible and responsive when needed.
Your profile should include:
· Education in health and care, nursing assistant training
· Advantageous with LSS focus in nursing assistant training or other education relevant to the position, such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue.
· Experience with LSS from previous work is a requirement
· Experience working with clarifying pedagogy
· You are unpretentious and are used to working in a team
· Proficiency in Swedish is required, both spoken and written

Employment type: Permanent position with introductory probation period
Scope: Part-time/full-time

We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are held on a rolling basis and positions may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
