Qualifications You are educated as a social worker or have equivalent education that according to Section 25, Chapter 1 of the Social Services Act (2025:400) is deemed equivalent. You have good knowledge of legislation and authority work, and have some experience with authority work in children and young people. You have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have the ability to analyze complex problems, see the long-term significance and further consequences of matters, and adapt your actions accordingly.
