As a unit manager in care services, your assignment includes ensuring good quality in services for users and creating conditions for employees to succeed in their assignments. You are responsible for leading, planning, developing, and monitoring the operation based on applicable legislation, goals, and guidelines. You also have responsibility for the operation, personnel, finances, and work closely with other unit managers and your supervisor.
