We are a housing facility for adults with substance abuse problems who want to change their life situation. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The facility is a 24-hour residential facility with a total of 14 places plus 3 emergency shelter places. The facility is not permanent housing; the goal is for residents to move on to other forms of housing. The focus is support for motivation, sobriety, drug-free living and ADL training. Contact with healthcare, psychiatry and authorities is part of the support we provide. Your main duties are to support the residents in their daily lives. To conduct drug and alcohol tests and to provide housing support outside the Support Housing facility. As well as having close collaboration with case workers at social services and establishing and following up implementation plans. Scheduled working hours include day/evening/weekend/night shifts with on-call sleeping duty. Solo work occurs. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a treatment assistant or has equivalent education/work experience in substance abuse, psychiatry or similar. It is an advantage if you have experience working with addiction care, psychiatry or similar. Solution-focused approaches, MI and ESL are also advantageous. Documentation experience is desirable. As a person, you want and can work both independently and in a group, you are flexible, responsible and a reassuring role model for our clients. You can set boundaries and handle conflicts in a constructive way. You have a positive outlook, a desire to work with people's development and you should be able to juggle multiple tasks. You have the ability to support people and bring out their strengths. We place great emphasis on personal suitability, professional competence, collaboration skills and commitment. Duration: 3-6 months, start date: by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously during the application period, so please submit your application as soon as possible. Before you can be employed, you must present a valid extract from the police suspicion register and from the criminal record register, no more than 6 months old. During the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or identity certificate together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA or Switzerland, you must provide proof that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
