Your Role This is not a traditional developer role. We're looking for someone who wants to work closely with both software and hardware, who thrives solving complex technical challenges, and who is motivated by building something new from the ground up. With us, you'll have the opportunity to influence the direction forward and be a key person in developing the next generation of cultivation systems. In this role, you will work closely with management, development teams, and external technology partners to further develop Swegreen's technical platform. The work is both strategic and operational, involving switching between long-term technology decisions and practical implementation. One day you might work on integrating sensors, control systems, and cloud platforms, while the next day focuses on developing AI-driven features for analysis, automation, and optimization. You will, among other things, develop and improve Swegreen's technical platform, work with IoT solutions, connected systems and automation, and integrate hardware and sensors with software and cloud-based services. The role also involves being the technical contact for international suppliers and development teams, contributing to the development of the next generation of cultivation systems, and creating structure and scalability for future product development. You will also participate in concept development around user experience, operations, and smart features that strengthen our customers' operations. About You We believe you have solid experience in programming and technical development, as well as a good understanding of hardware, electronics, or technical systems. You have a strong interest in AI, automation, and data-driven optimization, and thrive in an environment where technology is translated into practical solutions. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and have the ability to both see the big picture and solve the details required for systems to function in reality. You work independently, take initiative, and communicate fluently in English in technical contexts. It is a merit if you have experience with IoT or embedded platforms, edge computing, sensors, control systems, or automation. Experience with AI tools, integration flows, agent-based systems, or product development is also valuable.
