We are now seeking a Team Lead in automation technology for an exciting industrial company in development! About the Company The company is an well-established Swedish industrial enterprise with extensive experience developing and manufacturing customized automation solutions for industry. About the Position As a Team Lead in automation technology, you will combine hands-on work in programming and automation with responsibility for leading and planning the team's daily work. You will be an important link between production and daily operations, with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Plan, lead, and follow up on daily work • Work operationally with PLC and HMI programming • Support the team during testing and commissioning • Ensure that procedures and safety regulations are followed • Collaborate with other departments and maintain ongoing communication • Contribute to improvement work and development of working methods The position is based on daytime hours with flexible working times, and travel may occur, both within Sweden and internationally. We Are Looking for You We are looking for someone with experience in automation and industrial operations, as well as previous experience in a leadership role, such as team lead or group leader. We believe you: • Have knowledge of PLC, HMI, and drive systems • Have experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Starter • Are confident, responsible, and solution-oriented • Enjoy combining technology and leadership • Work in a structured manner and collaborate easily • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English It is meritorious if you have experience with other control systems and working with end customers.
