QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a protected title from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen). This is a requirement. You are quality and service-oriented and have experience handling medical-technical equipment. You collaborate easily, are flexible, and have an open mind. In your work, you are engaged, unpretentious, courageous, and feel confident in your role. You are willing to help colleagues across boundaries when needed and are accustomed to working with other professions and with family members. For you to thrive with us, it is important that you want to work with elderly people and value and respect their final chapter in life. Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to look at the bigger picture are also important qualities. Experience from work in elderly care is a merit. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and the ability to work with various systems and digital tools are necessary in daily work.
