Today we are approximately 60 employees delivering customized solutions to customers within several different industries. About the role As a machine operator, you will become an important part of our production. Depending on your experience, you will work within sheet metal processing, powder coating, or assembly. The work is varied and involves both independent tasks and close collaboration between departments. The work involves you: • Monitoring and operating our machines and production equipment • Ensuring quality and delivery precision • Working with continuous improvements and efficiency enhancements • Collaborating closely with colleagues across different departments • Contributing to a safe, orderly, and well-functioning work environment & workplace Are you our future employee? You have an interest in technology, production, and practical work. We welcome both you who have experience from the industry, and you who have the right attitude to learn and a willingness to develop together with us. We would like to see that you have upper secondary education in, for example, automotive, mechanical engineering, process industry, electrical/automation, or equivalent. Basic computer skills and the ability to read drawings are important for the role. If you also have a forklift license, that's an added plus. You are thorough and quality-conscious and enjoy tasks where precision and quality are important. As a person, you are calm and solution-oriented and maintain focus even when unexpected situations arise. You take own initiatives, contribute to improvements, and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. You also share Modul's values regarding equality, fairness, and diversity. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
